    1968 Ouch!

Dog gone that is too bad! And it makes it worse that the cowards could not even own up to it. I am impressed with your composure. I know how important your cars are to you but I also know that you know what is really important in life. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Marty

    1968 Bagged a parts car

I thought I would post some more pictures to show why you should never buy a car from pictures. Rob said in another thread how you must look carefully at a car and not get so caught up in it you look over important issues like rust. This is most certaintly is a parts car. I have seen too many...

    1968 Aaca

I belong to the AACA, and have enjoyed them very much. I do not judge in the AACA show so there is more time to look at the wide verity of cars, many I have never seen before. My dad has 30s Fords and I enjoy the older cars as well. I might add there are no modified classed in the AACA all cars...

    1968 Bagged a parts car

There is nothing worse than when the car you love is broken. I wish we were closer, I would be happy to look at it for you. You know that most everyone here on Cal special will help you all we can. My best guess on the brakes is you lost a wheel cilender, master cilender or have air in the line...

    . 67 over heating problem

In 1994 when I restored our 68 fastback I had a similer problem. The freind that helped me start the motor the first time told me that one of the diaphragms in the duel vacuum advance was bad. We got it started and it ran great. I bought a new duel advance installed it and retimed the motor. it...

1968 Ignition switch or starter solenoid

Mike I can almost promise you it will be the starter solenoid. At least try it first it is a lot easier than the ignition swith. I had that happen on the 68 fastback once, and you know what happened to the 67 coupe last November! I have had the full education on starter solenoids. Marty

Country drive with a 427 under the hood

I am suprised there were that many in Cougars. The were suppose to be a small handful of W code Mustangs but I have never seen one. One of the questions I missed on my judges test was what transmission were available with the W code 427? I guessed 4speed, later I found it listed in a early...
