Wow I guess I am lucky the 289 that I had overhalled last fall for the silver 67 was 1310.00 complete. He even put it on a test stand and did the break in. When I arrived to pick it up he started it up for me. Marty

    1968 Hood Lights

This is what I know Ford did use the socket retaining clips in both in 67 and 68. But from what I have seen the San Jose plant did not. Many of the San Jose turn housings did not even have a hole for the screw. Like my 67 GTA. Mike is correct I do not deduct for no clip if there is no hole or...

1968 shift indicator plastic rod in console unhooked

It won't because the shift plate housing is under the console base plastic and you can't shift the housing to one side because it is pined through the shifter base. Hard to explain was the best I can do. Marty

1968 shift indicator plastic rod in console unhooked

Sorry to say I don't know any other way to get to it with out at least lossening it all up so you could lift it up enough to reattach the rod. I hate when stuff like that happens. Marty

. July 2010 Seattle MCA Show, Northwest Get Together Part Two

David if you get Mustang Monthly there is a artical in January's addition about winning in the MCA. It gives you a good idea of what the MCA is all about. Our Jeff Speegle should get a lot of credit, this year he lead the best judges meeting I have ever attended. Caught the attention of Donald...

    . Modest Dream Garage

You can do a radiant floor and a forced air system that way you can add the AC if you wish. If you have any wood working plans a good vacumbe system is a must. I am working on a solar hot water system for my shop. Marty

    . Modest Dream Garage

Rob the #1 suggestion I would offer is radiant heat in the floor. Since we spend so much time on or near the floor and with the 14' wall you don't want all the heat up there. Also lots of electrical and air outlets. A small vented spray booth would be great, no over spray on every thing. Good...
