Off to Pick-Up my New GT/CS

Very neat find Scott! Good thing I didn't go with you to pick it up! We'd still be in his living room w/ me asking him all about his "WWII B-29" exploits... I found over the years that bomber pilots of that era went on to take exceptional care of all their vehicles following a career of...

    The CX-1 Window Decal Project

...Personally, I see this as an open door to added confusion and ambiguity for future owners- in part, adverse to what this site is about. To call your car a CX-1 for fun based on your own mods or whatever - Great! ...But what is an uninformed buyer to think when they start showing up on ebay...

Can you "feel" your Rear Spoiler's Downforce?

...I really don't think so. Most ambulances I've seen going 100 MPH already have the 150 to 250 pounds "downforce" loaded into the back!

Can you "feel" your Rear Spoiler's Downforce?

...Whatever the outcome; it is a fine looking design that promotes classy expectation without need to prove it to the onlookers (with today's no-tolerance speed consequences ) based on Shelby's history, Fred & Lee's insight and FoMoCo's marketing ;-)

Can you "feel" your Rear Spoiler's Downforce?

...I made a similar attempt in the late-70s with my first S-code that had an after market front spoiler... It departed at around 80 & I promptly ran over it (thought about adding a change of pants to the tool kit in the trunk after that ;-) But seriously; I can see it working on the fastbacks...
