    Friday Joke

Jewish poker players ... Six retired Jewish Floridians were playing poker in the condo clubhouse when Meyerwitz loses $500.00 on a single hand. He lets out an audible gasp, clutches his chest, and drops dead at the table while the next hand is being dealt out. Showing respect for their fallen...

    Friday Joke

... and another one ... A group of 40 years old buddies get together and discuss where they should meet for a reunion dinner. Finally it is agreed upon that they should meet at the “Gausthof zum Lowen” restaurant because the waitresses there have low cut blouses and nice breasts. 10 years...

    Friday Joke

Not quite Friday yet, but .... His request approved, a CNN News photographer quickly used his cell phone to call the local airport to charter a flight. He was told a twin-engine plane would be waiting for him when he arrived at the airport. When he drove up to the airfield, he spotted a plane...

    Wanted 1968 California Special GT/CS

Make an offer? Hey Mike, The car in Florida looks pretty good from the photos, and although they are asking $15,995.00 the beginning of their ad says: "Make an offer ..."? Who knows, if they're not getting much response you might be able to get the car including shipping to you in California...

1968 How did you find your GT/CS?

As we've mentioned here before, my best friend Terry Rann got the Mustang "bug" because I had my '65 Fastback in his home workshop to do some work on it there. He started to look for a Mustang of his own and he happened upon this "S" code GT/CS by pure luck. It was advertised locally and we...

    . 67 over heating problem

Also ... I don't mean to "hijack" your thread Marty, but I'm also curious if anyone has any suggestions about how to install a radiator overlow container that still looks fairly period correct on our '68 GT/CS? Our 390 "throws" a bit of coolant out of the overflow hose onto the ground after...

    . 67 over heating problem

Just for reference ... Just to file it away in my little "pea brain" for future reference ... do all the Ford head gaskets have that tab? Is it the same on the small blocks and the big blocks? (Ours is "buried" in the garage for the winter or I'd go down and pop the hood and have a look at...

    For Sale 1968 gt/cs mustang 289 car

    . 67 over heating problem

Do you know how old the heater core is? Was it replaced at the same time as the radiator? Thermostat is likely first place to look, but maybe there was a blockage in the heater core that has migrated to the rest of the cooling system? Just a thought ... Good luck with finding the culprit! Al

    1968 Marti Reports

Parts reminder ... ... and remember that our forum member Ron (clubpro) offers our members parts at a discount when it comes to replacing any worn bits and pieces. I'm just ordering some new tail light lenses from him for our "S" code GT/CS. Ron is a great guy to deal with and he deserves our...

No takers? Hi Doug, No bites yet? I"m really quite surprised. It's absolutely beautiful and a very desireable collector car. By the way, I see on our Marti report that our "S" code 4 speed car was built on July 3rd, not too much earlier than yours.

Pictures finally since the weather co-operated today! Hi Stan, Here are a few photos of the TIGHT squeeze of the installed headers on our "S" code 390.
