    Marchal guys..........bend over........ouch

our special, As for the difference between the 653's and 656's, I have both and from 5 feet away you can NOT tell the difference. The biggest difference is the 653's have "Machal 653" stamped on the top and the 656 has "656" on the glass. I say buy 653's if you can not find the 656's since...

    San Diego Special

I guess this gives eveyone the opportunity to "specialize" their mustang. It is really no different than what Ford dealers where trying to do back in the late 60...ie the cardinal special, twister special..etc. A sale is a sale and anything to get more cars out the door the better for dealers...

CS on Ebay needing a little work

Not a bad car for the money....as it sits right now $8k. It looks like it has had some work on it since the rear valance is for dual exhaust and it is not a GT since it came with a 289. Doug

    Marchals on Ebay

Herck, please update us on what they look like once you get them. It looks like both '68 shelby clones are from '67 convertibles. I would imagine he found a CS and took the parts of it to make the clones....a real shame if the CS was lost for a clone. Doug

    my marshall foglights

CS68, Your car did come with Marchal lights and evidently the owner did not take it in for the Lucas replacement. So feel lucky that you have the original lights since they are very hard to find and can cost a bundle. Doug

As was discussed before, to find the color of the stripes look under the scoop and on the inside edges of the door (that's where I found my stripe color). Doug

    Pimp my GT/CS......................oh boy

Rhonda, the wet ground will make the underside of the car more prone to rust vice cement. I had my coupe undercoated as soon as I bought it 25 years ago and it's still there (too much salt on the roads in MN). Doug
