1968 Rear quarter window chrome molding

Has anyone ever replaced their rear quarter window chrome molding like this video shows? It would be way cheaper than replacing the whole quarter window. My molding is pitted and NPD sells replacement molding. And can it be done without removing the quarter? https://youtu.be/bRJf5Ow4YbU Thanks...

http://gearheads.org/2016-ford-torino-shelby-gt-could-be-the-next-chevy-ss-slayer/ Man if this bad boy ever came out my late model gt would be sold in a heartbeat. Might have to push my retirement plans out further. Imagine a Shelby Torino Cobra. A Dodge hello kitty hellcat killer for sure.

    1968 ....and a curious find

Before I sold my ivy cs last year I swapped grilles with my red car. And I just noticed the passenger side small bracket which is riveted on the grille and connects to the hood lock bracket is bass akwards upside down from the driver side one. Look close at both pics. Not a big deal to me but...

    1968 Silver argent rattle can?

I'm looking to paint my grill molding versus replacing. It would be the molding which the fog light pedestal bolts mount through. I believe the correct color I'm looking for is "argent silver"? I'm thinking it would be easier to repaint than replace both molding pieces? Can anyone recommend a...

    1968 Antenna removal help.

I've scoured all over the net in search of some instructions on removal of an antenna with rectangle base. All I can find is help regarding round base antennas. I'm sure it's easy but don't want to mess anything up before getting help. Here is a pic of my base minus the rod which came loose...

1968 Good day at Sac show

    1968 Edelbrock Carb questions...

Alright carb guys, I'm leaning toward swapping out my carb for an Edelbrock performer 500 cfm. Reason being is the carb in the car now is spewing like Beverly Hillbillies. My engine size is a 289 ci. And the carb is not the original. I'm also going to pair it up with matching intake. Can anyone...
