    Not sure how "correct" you want to be, but this is what I do. I got one of those Autolite Battery Toppers, that look like the top of the original battery. Then I went to NAPA and got a no maintenance 24F battery that the topper will fit over. It looks original, unless you look really close...

    I put a set of Tiger Paws on my 7-Up Car a couple of years ago. No problems with them. I preferred the BFG Comp T/As that I had previously, but they are no longer available in the correct size.

    I agree Neil. I'm one of those guys who prefer the car to be what it was, right down to the non-power drum brakes if that's what it was born with.
