Came back to delete this, but could not find a way. Found the problem...the spring is supposed to have a tag end at each end to lock it in place. The problem door handle spring has one end broken off. Please disregard my question. Thank you.

While replacing my door panels I noticed that one of the door handles has no spring action when in use. Upon placing them side by side, I could see that the spring on one is actually installed backwards, so that the locking end is not in the correct position to tuck into the handle. Can anyone...

Came across something that made me do a double-take. When I was cutting the holes in the new panel for the armrest, I laid the new one over the original and marked the extra holes on the back and then proceeded ever so carefully to cut the extra holes. Only when I was putting everything back...

I am in the process of replacing the door panels. The car has the standard interior, so nothing fancy. Upon removing the window crank I found the original nylon washer still in place between the crank and the panel. I thought that was pretty cool, until I got the panel off. It appears to be...

It depends on the individual obviously. My car had just under 51,000 miles on it when I purchased it. It is solid with no rattles or squeaks. I've owned a few higher mileage Mustang in the past and I really prefer this one.

I noticed the steering wheel also. Pretty sure it's a 69.

I would phone them if I was you. Their number is toll free, and I find talking directly to a service rep gets you better/quicker results. Also, gets rid of some of the stress you feel when a part craps out.

Neil, have you phoned NPD to tell them about the problem? They sent me a replacement starter solenoid when mine failed. Express shipped it too, at no cost to me.
