needle on C. Doesnt move when I start car. With test light I have a "PULSE" at the nipple on manifold. what do I do next?

my new car needs some work. So, the console lights in rear and cubby have power (with test light) and new bulbs. But do not work. Am I missing a ground?? what are these for? the spade is hot

the PO cut the plug off. I have the wire sticking out. Ive tracked down a yellow tri plug. Does the yellow tri plug get wired to the back of the ignition?

I have the wrong screws on my tail lights. Are the screws the same from a 1963 galaxy? (I know I need 8 total)

John saw the "auto electrical" guy today downtown, asked him about the ground. He said we wouldn't use it on the correct switch, the ground was only there to make the toggle switch light up (previous owner thing)

Neil, out of the fog light is a black wire and red w/yellow stripe ends were cut off, black wire screwed to body, red wire goes into the taped up green wire previous owner ran
