    To get rid of the oxidation on the chrome, if soap and water does not work, just use 'OOO' steel wool, it will shine them up nicely.

    Since the only thing that the bracket is used for with Lucas lights is to pass the wiring through the bolt hole. .... so I guess you could use a 68 GT bracket but it just looks different.

    1968 Radio Bracket Installation (console)

    Also, be aware that to fit many aftermarket radios into the console radio bracket, it usually needs to be altered. The first pic is of the original bracket, and the next 2 are modified, top cut off, or radio posts cut off.
