2007+ 2007 GT/CS restorations with many mods

Problem-rebuilt a 07 Blk HT/CS 6 speed TR6 racing transmission using aluminum drive shaft & GT 500 complete rear 3.31 gearbox is fix for twisted axle housing. Oversized flywheel & clutch plate. Airaid CAI. Cat deletes & o/r x pipe. No induction. All new suspension, front & rear control arms. Rides smooth & wants to go fast.
Issue-popping sound right front when turning-mostly very slow speeds like pulling in & out of driveway. Any ideas?

I have an 08 gt with a complete suspension upgrade to racing mods...just about everything i could do i did it. Never had any issues like that. Shouldn't be too hard to pinpoint. Figured the bigger gearheads than thou here would have chimed in....good luck.
