1968 California Special promotion

I have a question on my paper work like the letter from Ford that tells me when car was made and what was on car then after all that it has California Special promotion but that it all it said any Idea? Thanks Tom

If you're talking about the Ford "999" report, it lists the basic info on the car, but isn't always all inclusive. If you want something more definitive, you need a Marti report.
