Don't know about your neck of the woods (or subdivision?), but we have regular guests over for lunch. I shot these photos through our living room bay window and they are about 15 to 20 feet away. These two are local neighbourhood regulars that have been around here for several years now and most of the time they just completely ignore us and go about their daily travels ... from yard to yard and from garden to garden ...

We have them in our yard in Nebraska too. We liked them at frist till removed the bark off a 300 dollar tree. They eat our flowers and the bird seed from the bird feeder. They even came on the pourch to eat the flowers in the pots. I am not a hunter but was think of getting a permit! Marty

Over sized rats. They eat your plants and crap all over the place. Best place for them is their head mounted in your man-cave and the rest in the smoker.

Yeah ... I know ...

As much as I tend to agree with you, since we're living in town they frown of the use of rifles or bows within city limits. I'd be WAY too busy trying to explain myself to the SWAT Team that would arrive shortly after I "harvested" our venison dinner ...
