    1968 Grille rivets

AMK has the rivets. It takes a special tubular rivet squeezer to do them correctly.

    1968 Marchal bulbs

Did your car come with the Marchals? If so the NPD ones would be fine as reproduction parts are acceptable in the concours trailered class.

    Insurance

I have our 3 Mustang and 1 Shelby insured for a combined $167K with Hagerty. The annual premium is $800.00 with 0 deductible. I was very pleased with Hagerty after the fire claim on the GT350. Marty

1968 Help with 15" tire size

Be carful how wide you go in the back or you may have rub issues when you hit a bump or have a load.

    . Triple "B's" Garage

The engine was assembled then painted, so the bolts and gaskets were painted. Even the exhaust was installed so the edges had some paint. I'll se if I can find a picture. Marty

1968 Correct wheel for spare (and jack)

#1 is by far the most correct. I am not sure what a pound or two difference would make. You can often find original jacks on EBay.

1968 Correct wheel for spare (and jack)

The original wheels and spare are 14 inch. The spare could have been a plain steel black rim or if the car came with styled steel wheels the spare could match the optional wheels. IMHO if you are running 15 X 7 Shelby 10 spokes I would use a 15 X7 steel spare as Shelby did.

    . Ceramic coating

It is too much for my money. It is very cool. A guy in our club does it and took a key to his paint, I cringed but it left no mark. I did however have the windshield on the unrestored HCS done to help protect it. Marty
