...Yeah, but we've been wanting to kick Neil off for a long time! Finally...Now's our chance!!! ;-))

    . 1967 Bullitt

...We're still talking about the car from the earlier thread, right? http://californiaspecial.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8799 Aside from seeing pictures of awesome tributes and getting a dose of interesting history, we still know nothing about the car you're looking at! VIN, door data...

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

...Well Steve, as far as God's smiling and planetary alignment goes - just come back to California for a few days! Renee will be waiting and together we'll go chase after Donna. Her only escape would be going off road w/ that big F350, otherwise, I think we can catch her ;-) Ah yes - last...

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

Thank you Scott! What we have here is the replacement turn signal switch that will work, but contains four extra wires for (presuming) sequential application. All of the other wires in the harnass are connected and color-coded same as the old switch. This seemed to be the only replacement...

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

Marty, I still have the new switch you found for us. Last year (with Renee's entry in Autorama around the corner), I took it to a classic car mechanic down the street who became uncertain about those four extra wires. He elected instead to clean the existing switch (for $200 and about two...

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

...Well Marty, I'm giving you fair warning! Here in (broke) California - clandestine cops are everywhere setting up speed traps and pulling all stops to bust you for any possible (and petty) infraction in order to finance the (morally) bank(cor)rupt state budget.... Renee has likewise gone...

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

...And an extremely "kind one" at that :-) She did a great pitch for our "site" and its awesome & resourceful membership. We'll see if Mark signs on here & we do some driving and more photo ops with yet another magnificent CS! By the way Renee - this is what I meant when I said I was...

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

...Amen to that Gary! Not only did Renee call, but she put a rather "shell shocked" Mark on the phone with me while she fetched her CS from the garage. I could tell he had been (pleasantly) accosted as Renee's latest victim! I often wonder if things were different and if I had never met Renee...

    1968 Sequential Taillights

...Interesting compilation there Jon. I have five of the seven books. The mis-information has also bled into as many magazines and publications in the same way. All I can say is thank goodness for this website and its real-time owners, researchers and enthusiasts :-)

    1968 Sequential Taillights

...Arlie's right. I've read in a number of Mustang books stating that GT/CSs came with sequentials. It seems to be an error carried over from one book to the next without independent research...
