1968 Unusual Spark Plug Wire Separator

It was a 68 part. I believe that it's purpose was to extend the spark plug out beyond the heat stove. Marty

1968 Need brake cylinder and booster unit for PB car

Boy that dude must be fun to stop! The correct booster is a Midlands that has a band clamp that runs around it. A Bendix that has a crimp around the case will work just fine but is not correct for 68.

I have not seen a accent stripe that turns down in the back on a GT-CS do you have paint accent stripe listed on your Marti report? Thanks Marty

    . Thank You Ron Moore

Mike now I know the rest of the story. I wondered how you got it ready that fast. It looked great as usual. It also was fun getting to judge with you. You certainly were deserving of the MCA 67-68 certified judge position. I am looking forward to the next time we can team up. Marty

    1968 AM/FM Photo

Neil I think the 68 part # starts with 8TZ. T only difference in a 69 is that it had longer shafts so it did not require the longer knobs when used in a console. The biggest clue is that 68-69 do not have the small fader bar under the black channel push buttons. One of the easiest ways to tell...

    1968 Rear end progress

    1968 Power Disc Brake Pedal

Yep you did a 67 one, you will notice that the pedal pad is smaller on the 67. Marty

It looks like a 8 inch to me too. Many non GT J codes had a 8 inch rear ends.

. June MCA show in Reno, Nevada

Tim the MCA has classes for every Mustang. These shows are as much about renewing acquaintances, making new friends, and exchanging information, as just showing a car. If you do not care to have your car judged I understand. Bring on of your cool cars and enter it in display. That way the show...

    1968 Taillight wiring harness

I am not quit sure where the tail light harness would plug in to that. The original GT-CS harness is the same one used by the Shelby's. The Corral Snake sells a very nice reproduction.

Thanks Tim, I love that picture that you took of us leaving your place. I sure hate to sell it but I have found another project that I really want and I enjoy the restoration more than any thing else. I hope you can make it to the Reno MCA national show. I know you are not in to showing too much...
