    1968 interior paint/dye color

No it is not suppose to match the seats. I would have a custom mix made to match the upper pad and put in a rattle can. Here is a picture of a original 68 blue interior. Marty

    1972 Grande'

Neil I had a 73 Grande' and it with out a doubt was the best riding Mustang I had ever owned until we bought our 2013 MCA addition. The Grande's had a special soft ride suspension. 14K sounds like a steal to me. You could hardy get it painted for that. Unrestored car are so special. I think you...

We have not been happy with the blue. You might want to get a custom mix if you want it spot on.

    1968 Car Show Judging

The MCA does not allow trophy's or other displays in or around the car. We are only interested in judging the car on it's own merits with out other distractions. I have attended shows where it was allowed and often see the display conveniently covers a defect on the car. The trophy mongers are...

    1968 Car Show Judging

I only attend the type of car show you are describing for the fellowship of friends and could careless about the awards, as they are so badly determined it is laughable. Although not perfect the MCA nationals are about as good as it gets. The judges have to pass testing and the judging is...

    1968 Car Show Judging

My reason for going to MCA national show both to judge and be judged is the opportunity to learn some thing new. When being judged that often means a deduction if it is a correct deduction I learn something and have a new project for the car. If it was a incorrect deduction I have the...

    1968 Done !!

Another beautiful build Neil but it is not DONE till you do a shake down cruse in her. I think Weeping Water NE would be about right and there is a garage at your disposal for those fine tuning adjustments. Just let us know and we will leave the light on for you. Marty

1968 Head light harness clip location

Yes that is the correct location for the white clip. There is a similar one that is black that mounts to the back side of the park light hosing to hold the marker light wiring. The package tray goes under the rear glass seal lip. It is easier if the back seat is out to slip it under the seal...

    Little Blue Coupe

Yes Rob I am looking for a used Ford Shifter. Just the stalk, it does not need to be show quality but should not need to be rechromed. I would like 15X7 wheels if possible but a good price may change my mind. Thanks for checking.

    Little Blue Coupe

Little Blue Coupe Restoration part 1 Last month I introduced you to my latest project the 67 night mist blue coupe. Shortly after bringing it home and giving it a thorough once over and finding small amounts of rust and a paint job that could not be saved I decided to disassemble it to a shell...

The owner of RDW is a good friend of mine, we judge Shelby's together at the MCA national shows. I am sure Ron would give his honest opinion of the car if asked. Marty

For Sale Project GT/CS in Los Angeles

Yes usually when you see that buckling in the quarters it means that it was hit in the back buckling the frame and causing the sort of damage seen in the pictures. Plus the taillight panel is toast too. It all is fixable, just time and money.

For Sale Project GT/CS in Los Angeles

Boy she was really hit hard. It will need a frame machine and some new rear frame extensions. Looks mostly rust free, not a bad price but a lot of work.
