Hey Rob. I believe that poster is Paul Newitt, author of the GT/CS books. He doesn't sign onto this site anymore, to my knowledge, so we'll probably not get anymore information on this.

My shop used the internet to find a match. The notes I made indicate PPG 34219 Semi-gloss "medium titanium poly" is what they used. Mustang Monthly had a GT/CS on the cover that month that was reputed to be a perfect restoration, and my grille, surround and pedestals looked exactly like that...

Larry, I thought the recall for Marchal lights dictated their replacement with the Lucas fogs. Please clarify your statement about the dealers removing the Marchal bulbs and holders. I'm confused. BTW...welcome to the site. :grin:

I just found that emblem in the 2011 GT/CS book. It's shown on page 37 and is one of the proposed GT/CS interior emblems. It appears that one was going to be used on the passenger side dash. Designed by ACSCO Products Inc. :grin:

Had to log-in When I accessed the site this evening, I saw that the forums had been upgraded. I also saw that I was no longer logged in, and had to do so to access anything. Did this happen as a result of the upgrade?
