I have been looking over some 68 CJ Marti reports and it seems like they made a group of 428's around May 7th through May 17th. makes me believe they were waiting for engines.

casey yes on the cj site. the new one I found was scheduled about a month before it was actually built. maybe waiting on motors? how do you know Scott's marti info? got a copy?

I did not locate this car but someone on another website posted this marti report. Now maybe we can locate the last one and know where all 3 of the 428 CS's are! notice the car was a month late in being built and took almost 7 months to be sold?

we need to eliminate the ability to not be registered and respond to threads or this kind of thing will happen more often. I know we are doing this for people who are from the old site, but I think it is time.

waaaay to late for that. :undecided My car came with a 67 air cleaner assembly (no s tube either), so it has already been converted to the 68 style. Many other small things on my motor were incorrect for a 68 and 95% of them have already been fixed to where I feel happy with the setup...

they have the schedule listed on their website somewhere. I kinda remember looking up the CS and it was wednesday. I could be mistaken so someone double check me.

I figure 5000-5200 is as much as it will spin up to.

check out all those other rare options on the marti.

don already knew that. I dog the heck out of mine and it will barely spins past 4000 rpms, it changes gears around this time.

that car has some cool options.
