That's a long hard trip to Calafornia. I think it would be good if Neil would stop in Nebraska for a few months before he moves on. Neil you would not get board we have plenty of Mustangs to drive and a HCS to finish. Sound good?

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

Are we still thinking of Steam Boat Springs Co. next June? There is a MCA national show in southern Utah for 2012 that might be a good gathering point. I do hope Tim will host it again some time.

    1968 Oops! I did it again :-/

Renee I can't belive that your brake lights are not working again. It can't be the turn switch this soon. Sounds like it may be a grounding problem. May be Tim or TJ could run a jumper wire for a ground just to see if that is the problem. We can't have that beautiful GT-CS sitting in the garage...

1968 GT-CS guys in Mustang Monthly

I just got my Mustang Monthly and pictures of Jeff Speegle and John Murphy. There was a nice artical about John's 68 GT-CS. There was also a piece on our good freinds Johnnie and Rachel Garner from South Carolina. We traveled to Seattle's MCA grand national with them. Way to go guys. Marty

    . 1967 mustang bullett

Tom another way to check the big block orignality is to see if the inner metal structure of the shock tower is welded vertacaly where the flange turns inward toward the engine. Ford did this only on S,X and R codes. Good luck Marty

Thanks guys for the input. This one is our keeper too. I have done nothing so far on the cheep but hate to be taken. I keep telling my self I could almost buy a 2010 base model Mustang for 18K and it is painted. I think if I remember right Tim and his son TJ painted his car for $800. I am...

    1968 Milestone Reached

Congrats Gary! I know how you feel. I am going to see our HCS Saturday and all the metal repair is to be done as well. How much are you going to have to pay for the body filler and paint work? The guys that have our car said that it would cost around 18K. I almost fell off my chair. I think they...

Hi Maverick, Welcome to the site although it sounds like you are no stranger to it. Do you have a Marti report on the car? Kevin Marti @martiautoworks.com would be your best source for information regarding how many were sold in the Philippines. I am a Mustang Club of America judge and would be...

    1968 Center console

The 67 and 68 bases will interchange but there is a diferance in whether it is a automatic or manual The manual ones seem to be harder to find. There are no reproduction parts for the 68s. The only thing I have right now is the base pad for a manual. Good luck Marty

    1968 E-10 Ethanol

I use it all the time in my E 250 work van with no problems at all. I also use it at times in the mustangs and have no promlems but I have noticed on trips that I get 2-3 MPG better with regular. I have been told that there are more hydrocarbons in the regular so you get better fuel ecomny. Jon...
