If that's not driving what do you call it ? :Ponder:

Yes Mr Newitt I know "how" to get there. It's the logistics of it all - kids, work, timing, flying, cost, etc... MMmmm ... maybe I can figure out a way to schedule a business trip to our Pasadena location around that time ...

Hey if I can come and not bring my car maybe I should bring a life size cutout! That would be cool for those showing up without cars huh? Like those life size cutouts of sports stars. This show looks great too just like the Galpin event!! Might have to invest in an enclosed trailer before...

You guys and gals are killing me ... you're planning way to much fun! Wish I could figure out a way to get out there for this and other 40th celebrations out West.

I never heard of the Bad Mustang Club. Need to check it out. Is it based in NJ area? Late model cars only? Have to check it out!

I heard back from my Ford salesman and he pretty much confirmed what we thought... "Yeah, the Shelby upfits, have been confusing for the dealers as well. The car gets built by Ford, and the dealer gets billed for the car, when it leaves the assembly line (Ford always gets paid)(And, Shelby...

here is the article on the new Shelbys that was in Mustang and Ford Trader. I had to reduce the size to upload it ... if someone is having trouble reading it ... PM me your email and I'll send it to you the larger version.

I didn't know you were painting your car ... did I miss that thread? A full repaint?

Hey everyone! First let me say, this thread is by now means trying to undermine a West Coast Reunion - just an alternative for those that can't make the trip to California or an extra for those that can make both. I've started some communication with Carlisle again to see if we can possibly...

I hear you  I'm not sure if my explanation is 100% correct but that was my take based on what I read and saw. There was an article in this months Mustang and Ford Trader that gave the run down on how each of the new Shelby's were produced and what was added to each etc ... I'll dig...

Hi Steve, I think we're all confused  I'm not even sure what we're disagreeing on anymore of if we even are disagreeing! That post of the window sticker I posted was for a Mustang GT Premium I didn't mean to say it wasn't It's a Mustang GT that is destined to become a Shelby...
