Do these screws go into the floor?

Trying to remove the factory console without breaking it. Have removed the four screws holding it to the floor, and the two screws on the sides under the dash. The radio is out so as far as I know the console should come out, but it it seems to still be held to the floor near the shifter...

Looking for either '68 or '69 seat backs with headrests, preferably in rough condition because I'll need to recover them anyway. I have a pair of '68 headrests so '68 seats just need the associated hardware. I'll also trade my '68 headrests for '69 seat backs and headrests.
