you got that right!

The seller said he would make a different color if requested. But now that Tim has spoken up and I know the quality of his stuff that might be a better way to go

Well ... you have to be a sister to be a twin (or a brother but we all know cars are female) and ... to be twin there can only be 2. What if there are 3 or 4 or 100!

Interesting. I assumed a sister car was one that was ordered with the same options.

Sorry Jay I would but I got impatient when I went to install them and creased one. They're sitting in my garage for now. I think someone here probably has them installed though. Can anyone help out or point Jay to a gallery pic? I know trunk shots aren't the most popular to post  I...

What do you mean by "rodeo" ? Do they participate?

Hey Rhonda, Sorry to hear of your mishap. As everyone said it could've been worse. Hopefully the damage won't to bad (re: $$) I had the same thought on the grill. I was think to myself if I'm in a situation that something is going to hit the front I'll try to turn so the fender takes the...

Yes I think that's the car Paul meant. That's the only CS I know that sold at Barrett this year. I could be mistaken though.

I think the biggest question to start is at some point this car probably went through some type of restoration and is not all original as they state. That would probably start explaining a lot. As for the script. 1 or 2 people here have driver's side scripts that are wrong. My right side...

I think you made out alright. It looks like a nice clean car. If the frame isn't bent as mentioned, after repairs I still think you're in decent shape. Those parts can add up in value as well, especially the fog lights. Good Luck!

Very nice!! Congrats and good luck at the show!

Ditto! We do get off-topic often but that's because we are all comfortable with each other. I spend more time at this forum than others mostly due to the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness. I was welcomed to this site with open arms and was comfortable to join right in the conversation. I...

Debating on this one. Sent the seller a question to see if he has blue. Not sure what I would do with it as part of a car display. Any thoughts or pics of similar setups? Black http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220022371141&fromMakeTrack=true Red...

Wow this thread has taken on a life of it's own! I wasn't sure if the owner's knew or not. I understand both sides. If it was me, a simple "would it be OK" would suit me just fine. I know in the past with other car forums some people did get upset when their photos were used without...

At least you recycled it Steve!

Not sure if anyone is looking for the taillight covers that go in the trunk. I thought only Branda was carrying them but found them on the Virginia Classic Mustang site as well. http://www.virginiaclassicmustang.com/catalog/shop/item.asp?itemid=ST177 Found a number of things on the...

That is what it looks like ... I think I've seen them at the apple orchards here in NY now that you mention it. Still hope you were holding on tight in any case!

Was checking out the Mustangs Unlimited site tonight and did a search on "California Special" to see what would come up. I was looking at the stripes and the pictures of the cars they're using look very familiar. Some other cars look familiar as well. Did you guys give permission for this...

2 of the best investments I ever made  1989 http://tinyurl.com/jajj8 1996 http://tinyurl.com/gb3sh

Thanks Guys! A picture would be great! Was the gasket you got was for our style gas cap specifically?
