Looks like whoever installed them did it straight (parallel to the ground). They should be angled slightly - I think that's what it is.

You beat me to this one Arlie. Nice looking car! Should the stripes be white though? I don't have my registry in front of me but I though when I looked up this color (which is my original exterior and interior) I thought the chart said white. Or could you choose?

Mine had one of those covers when I got it. I removed it because it was a bit rough but planning on going back to that 1. to cover the cracks in my wheel and 2. because I prefer the feel like Paul said.

Close but I don't think it's the same car. Different engines, whitewalls vs blackwalls, different wheel covers, CA vs IL.

It's a Manufacturer Plate. They ship them all over the country, I'm sure it wasn't driven. The Buick Classic Golf Tournament just finished up near where I work. All the cars for the tournament had Manufacturer Plates on them. Just saw a few haulers loaded up with the cars today heading out.
