When I put my Flaming River tilt wheel in I know it didn't go exactly center but it didn't with the stock or aftermarket column. Is it possible the frame could be slightly bent and that part of the frame is throwing everything off? I know it's a long shot but just a thought.

What exactly is an eBay warehouse? He also has an aim.com email which is free and difficult to trace. Not that in itself means anything, there are plenty of free emails that are good, I use them. Just add that to everything else and it's fishy. Plus, the email that came up on the links was...

Hey Rhonda, No I don't have a link in my magic bag of tricks  I actually do type super fast (people at work are amazed at times) but no I didn't type it all in. It's was just a cut/copy and paste. That's a wonderful tool they invented ... great time saver ... don't know what I would do...

Wow it might be worth driving out there to fill-up  $3.15+ here in NYC suburbs. Someplaces are $3.60-3.75 for Super.

The BIN isn't really a BIN. It's just part of the description. Could just have been a clever rouge to get people to look at the auction. It's the person's first selling auction though. Not only airbags it has a hidden sunroof plus power locks, power seats, it's 4-wheel drive ... and a...

If you go to the HELP section there is a place to notify them of suspected fraudulent auctions.

Normally they put it this way: 1968 CS/GT AUTO 289 NOT SHELBY NOT FASTBACK JUST RESTORED Being they screwed up the VIN and made GT/CS CS/GT maybe they forgot the Nots too. I just think they don't know what it is.

Seems to be a rush of clones for sale lately huh? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4643668325&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1

BAsed on the description you're not sure what this car wants to be... 1968 CS/GT AUTO 289 SHELBY FASTBACK JUST RESTORED The VIN is incorrect as well. I think it should be 8r01c130315 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4643994632&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1

That didn't take long. They pulled it shortly after getting my email. R

There's a reason the cars look the same ... they are! The picture is real but the description is not. Check out snopes.com http://www.snopes.com/photos/automobiles/parkade.asp (if you're not familiar with the snopes (urban legends) website ... the next time someone sends you an email that...

I'm wondering if the feedback isn't showing because it's so old, 2001 and 2000.

OK I was curious and poked around at that site. It's a SCAM for sure. The reason the links don't work is that the whole page is an image (gif file). No matter where you click on the page you get the email. Try not clicking on a link but on any blank area or regular text. It's actually a site...

Congratulations Paul and Crew. That's fantastic keep up the good work! It must make you feel good and makes all the hard work well worth it.

Post photos either way we're always looking for more to look at. Good Luck in the shows - hope you get something - the satisfaction of showing and meeting new people and spreading the word is always enough of a reward for me.
