For Sale 68 CS not in registry

Good catch! We have it but it's in the not-yet-entered-into-the-online-registry file. Please keep posting any you find because as soon as you post them we can enter them (it's a long and complicated story).

For Sale 1968 GT/CS on Craigslist

Agreed, I usually like the Green Hornet look but it just doesn't work on this car. Neil, good catch. I have no idea what that is but it shouldn't be on a $45K car. I tweaked the lighting a bit in Photoshop and came up with this.

i have a 1968 gtcs for sale it was rolled at 10mph

The Marti is attached but it doesn't list the car as a GT/CS. This seems to be a common issue with the earliest cars.

You may want to first check the wire inside the bracket to see if it's bent down.

    Rental Cars Taurus & Camaro

This week I rented two cars while on my secret adventures (those of you who know me know that I am not loyal to Ford in any way so please remember that when you read what's below). The first was a 2013 (I think) Ford Taurus Limited and it was simply the best rental car I've ever driven, period...

    For Sale '68 cs

Steve, Do you happen to remember if you wrote down the VIN or if it's in the registry? The ad says $11K now. I sure don't like the horse on the fender. Nothing good can come of that.

Neil, I think the A-pillar is pushed back a little. Check out how the top line of the passenger window gets tight at the front. Danny, If you don't want to get a Marti or don't know how I'll be happy to order and pay for it.

Danny, We don't have this car in the registry. Do you happen to have a Marti report for it?

    For Sale 1968 GT/CS J-code 4 speed on E bay

Bill's car had an 8" rear end originally but he converted it to a 9". I doubt you'll ever see 2.79 gears in 9" rear. If I remember correctly the tall gears for a 9" are 2.75s.

I like them. They give the headrests a more substantial look.

    1968 Seat Head rest bezels

According to the Ford Parts Manual the drawings for '68 Mustang seats don't have the wedges but Torinos and other cars with full-width seats may have had them. It looks like they are part #610864 for the full-width seats. Section 600, Page 23
