Chrome in the dome march 2010

Me, I'd rather pull up in the car, park in the parking lot, go check out all the other cars, say hi, pay all the compliments I can, ask a lot of questions, learn a few things, go get in the car, crank up the music and cruise around seeing the sights if there are any. No scheduling a spot in...

Near as I can tell everything looks good other than maybe a coffee refill. ;-)

Chrome in the dome march 2010

Some may find it interesting and some may agree but I love going to car shows and visiting with owners and seeing the cars but I hate being tied down to car shows. All the prep work and then being tied there for the day or days just isn't for me. I've only entered it once and didn't even intend...

    1968 Is it a sin?

I love the looks of them as well, I'm seriously thinking of putting some on my CS. I had the Keystones on my first 1965 Mustang and loved the look. Cory

    1968 Is it a sin?

That's it, looks like white with orange or red trim, not a very good picture but that's it, nice looking clone convert. Arlie does your Presidential Blue CS still have the Keystone Classics on it?

    1968 Is it a sin?

I saw pictures of CS clone convertible, I think it was orange with white interior and a white top and it was beautiful. Might have been white with orange interior, can't remember for sure. It was called the Okie Special, I'm sure some of you guys remember it. Anyone have a picture?

    1968 Is it a sin?

I'll throw my vote on the side of doing what makes you feel the best behind the seat if you plan to keep and drive it. I could paint mine any color under the sun and 95% of the people that see it wouldn't have a clue if it was an original 68 Mustang color or not. If you plan to sell it as an...

    1968 Marti Reports

The wait really isn't an issue for me, never really have cared if I had a Marti or not, I've had the car since 1983 and I'm just barely ordering a Marti so I guess even if it takes a year it's no big deal to me personally. I do however question how a business can take 5-6 months to deliver a...

    1968 Marti Reports

Marti Reply Contacted Marti yesterday about the emailed version that you pay a few dollars extra for and their response, "The email is not a rush service. It will be sent in a few months when we are working on the elite report." This is my first dealing with Marti, are they slow with their...

    Spending time lately...

Man oh man does that ever bring back memories, cut off T's, the 80's were a blast. Never thought I'd live long enough to view them as the good old days. Guess I did.

    CS for sale

Think maybe he fat fingered an extra zero? $4500 would be high for the car but make a lot more sense. If he's serious about the 45,000 the guy better have a back up job.

1968 How did you find your GT/CS?

Don't you just love that excitement and thrill of spur of the moment decisions. Best of all it worked out. Cory
