They are glass so Windex, or any glass cleaner, should clean them right up. Any yellowing should just be from a film that builds up over time on the interior face of the lens. The putty also yellows over time and that makes the edges look bad. Bon-Ami cleanser also works well on glass...

The lenses can be removed and cleaned. GENTLY pull the lens from the reflector. The lens is attached to the reflector with window putty and it pulls right off if you go slowly. I have lots of stray Lucas parts so just let me know what you need.
