Retainer Strips for Cougar I know these were on 1967-68 Cougar but I have never seen them on Mustangs. My vinyl top on my 68 GTCS was original and when we removed it these were not present. Has anybody seen them on 67-68 Mustangs as well? Wally

1968 Lime Gold GTCS Final Paint

All, I think that leaving well enough alone is the right answer. If it ain't broken, why fix it. The parchment top and white stripes should contrast nicely with the lime gold exterior. Thank you all for your expert opinions. Wally

1968 Lime Gold GTCS Final Paint

All, Matched paint to lower cowel where it had been untouched. 8 color matches later we came up with a perfect match. Amazing how many different shades of Lime Gold there are. Not even close to what was initially offered to us. Wally

    1968 Marchal Pedestal Sleeve

Great! I will make a pair and see how they turn out. We should be good with the 3/4 Thin Conduit tubing. I am going to use Stainless Steel not Steel. Measurements are the same and both can be painted. Should be able to replicate the spurs by filing the teeth in. Start at 12, 6, 3 and 9...
