You might want to consider simply adding a booster if you have manual drum brakes. I had it done to a 68 Coupe that I had and it made quite a difference, and it is a lot cheaper and simpler than a disc brake conversion.

From what you are describing, it sounds like they are a direct replacement.

The tail lights in our cars are sourced from the 65 Thunderbirds, but I don't know if they are a direct replacement.

Less stuff to have to fix or find correct parts for. :grin: I consider mine low optioned as it only has the argent styled steels, power steering and an AM radio.

A few minor cosmetics need addressing, but a very nice car for the money.

My front side marker lights come on with the parking lights or headlights with no key in the ignition.

I love that the description says " 4 speed 390" but the car details reads "Engine: 351 V8 Transmission: Automatic" :cheesy:
