Vetern's Day Parade Well I made it over the pass on Hwy 26 and stopped at Government Camp to take a photo at the Rest Stop there. The next photo was waiting with Tim for the Veteran's Day Parade to start. The weather was nice, but chilly. Sorry more GT/CS's couldn't make it. Maybe next time...

David Yes to both questions. LeMay Museum has a show & Shine August 28th - no awards just show off your ride and visit the museum; however, the registration is probably closed for the show since they only have room for so many number of vehicles. They also have tours during the summer months...

At least for the blue one, they admit it's a clone; whereas for the red one they have no mention of there were no real convertible 68 California Specials made. Bill

This spring I had a lower console repaired for me. It needed a couple items for underneath the body of the console and the best place we found was http://www.cougarpartscatalog.com/1919copa2.html. If you need parts they have quite a few and fairly reasonable. Bill

I have a question/comment. Is anyone taking in the Judged Show on Saturday or is everyone attending Sundays 'Show and Shine'? I haven't decided which as yet and it will probably be the last minute choice since I am currently traveling eastern US, and hopefully home by the 16th of July. Bill

My GT/CS build date was 4/05/68 and it has the vacumn snorkle; maybe it was one of the last off the line with that style. I have had it since new with no changes to the air cleaner other than repainting it. Bill
