    1968 New GT/CS Matchbox?

I do remember the Cabbage Patch days. I wasn't quite in a scramble it was just that they were hung 10 deep side by side 5 rows high and you couldn't see what was in the back. They do pay someone to clean that all up don't they? I was thinking Job Security for someone.

    1968 New GT/CS Matchbox?

I went to our Wal-Mart last night and after knocking half of them on the floor, pert near causin' the spill in aisle 45 team to have to respond while trying to dig through them to see if there were any I came up empty. Oh well!

. Your thoughts on the new California Special book/registry

Took a quick glance at the book today thumbing through the pages and from an aesthetic standpoint Paul did a fantastic job, it is very well laid out and looks awesome, all the color photos and such look great.

. Your thoughts on the new California Special book/registry

I would agree and I think Rob's question is valid considering he had similar questions about his own car and was snubbed by the very same "registrar" simply because he (Rob) wouldn't conform to the registrars way of thinking and expectations if I remember correct. Rob's car could very well be a...

For Sale Ebay Auction - J code Black on Black resto mod

Nice car. I finally got my incorrect script fixed this spring. Oh and I highly recommend 67 window cranks, way better than the 68 garbage.

    Golly!...

My guess is someone with some money felt bad for the fastback and is going to bring in back, at least I hope that's what's going on. I know I'll be able to sleep better thinking that.

    1968 Marchal mounts?

It is correct as it is so the choice is yours. If you prefer the Marchals you could change it if you like the Lucas you can leave it as is.

1968 Is this the correct side view mirror?

You're probably right Steve, all of my comments were based on looks not parts numbers so it looks like mine but may have differences based on it being the wrong part number.

1968 Is this the correct side view mirror?

I guess someone could also just mount a remote mirror without the cable etc so they matched? No? No idea if the NOS Shelby/Mustang mirror that looks like the remote style is the real deal or one of the Drake mirrors?

1968 Is this the correct side view mirror?

Here you go, non remote, not factory correct, made by Drake to mirror (pun intended) the remote so you can have a matched passenger mirror. Apparently they didn't put many on the passenger side and they didn't put any remote mirrors and someone along the way wanted a passenger mirror but wanted...

    70 Mach 1 Trim Rings

PM sent. Much rather see them go to someone here as long as it's not just to flip them. PS I want to see a picture of the 70. Not to verify I just want to see it. ;-)

1968 Is this the correct side view mirror?

Here's what my mirror looks like, non remote standard 68 Mustang mirror. http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=67696A+01 Looks like they are both correct, Drake sells what it calls a dummy mirror to look the same as the remote mirror for the passenger side so they look the same...
