    Legitmate 66 HCS?

    Hello, I saw this 66 HCS on ebay, can anyone tell if it is a legitimate HCS (from a registry?). I have done vin plate decoder and it appears legitimate from a decoder (special order, denver, san jose, right date...etc). Thanks, Casey
