    Considering Buying a GT Coupe

Looking at those first two pictures, I would run away from this one. Rust looks pretty extensive.

    1968 A little winterization loving

I use only gas that does not contain ethanol. Even so, best to use some Sta-bil if the car is going to sit for any length of time.

    1968 As the Odometer Turns...

54,000 miles. My previous 68 Mustang had 155,000 on it and there was a huge difference in driving it. This one is tight like a new car and has no squeaks or rattles like they do when the mileage gets up.

I had the GT/CS out for a highway run this morning, and watched as the odometer turned to 54,000 miles.

1968 Taillight screw protectors: where do theu go?

I believe they go on all of the screws across the rear panel and also on the screws that hold on the left side reflector. Wasn't there a discussion on this site a while back about these?

    Highly optioned 67 Fastback

Beautiful fastback! Those rear panels are quite a rare option. I bought a set of repros and installed them on a 67 Coupe I had years back.

For Sale Ebay: 1968 Mustang GT/CS Original/Used Early Fiberglass Trunk Lid

I just looked at mine. Where the hole is where the wiring is shown, my car has a smaller hole, like the lower one in your picture, 68gulfstream. I believe the larger hole and wiring would be on a Shelby.
