Yes. That's the part. Fold them into a U shape and feed the nipple things through the holes in the bracket. Might want to take a look at the lower ones, also...if it appears that the original uppers "melted", maybe the lowers are in need of replacement, too.

Mark, You shouldn't see any new gen CSs in there. Ford did not offer Legend Lime in '07/'08...and the new gen CS was not available in Legend Lime. If there were any listed, they would be clones. -Jeff

The way I understand it, the report is called an HVBoM. I believe it means (Historical?) Vehicle Bill of Materials. Google HVBoM and you'll get a load of info. If it's any consolation, when I bought my '07 CS, I asked the dealer for this report and they had no idea what I was talking about.
