This car was just re-listed by Streetside Classics in Ft Worth with a Buy it Now price of $63,995.00.
I am not sure how a "C" coded car can have a "correct 1968 302 cubic-inch V-8 engine" as stated in the listing. Notice how the doors appear to be a different shade than the rest of the car. Apparently, it doesn't have the original engine or transmission and they want almost $64,000.00. Insane.
Auction format listing
Their previous listing was an auction format. It's no wonder why the high bid was $31,100.01. It is my understanding that Streetside Classics as well as Gateway Classics do not charge anything upfront. I think some people are putting their vehicles on consignment just for the free secured storage. Some of these cars have been for sale a long time.
