NICE looking C/S.
My concern, coming from HI would be any rust issues. I've seen aircraft from there with corrosion problems. Lotsa salt air out there.

Neil is right,sounds a lot like the Island I live in ...Puerto Rico surrounded by the ocean with salt air and humidity...lucky thing is ..No snow!!
