Which show shall we plan on attending with our cars? Des Moines?

I think Des Moines would be the best choice. The show is located on the Holiday Inn grounds so once you are parked there is no need to move. I80 would bring everyone in from the east and west. I already have our GT350 registered, they have about 30 inside spaces that will go fast. You can check it out at www.mustangsatthecrossroads.org

So now I guess the question is how many GT/CS or HCS can we get committed to this event. Aug's 9-11

Im registered and reserved a room at the Holiday Inn. Sounds like not too many left. Get them before they're gone

The Fairfield Inn is right next door in case the Holiday Inn fills up.

Wow, a national Mustang show in my old home town. Born & raised in Des Moines - nice town.

Debating about bringing our 66 HCS . . . . . .

Another event to consider is the Knoxville Nationals, a sprint car race in Knoxville, Iowa - about 40 miles SE of Des Moines. Aug 7 -10.

900 horsepower in a 1400 lb car - on dirt !
