Was there any dealer allotment, dealer priorities, rhyme or reason, as to which dealership got what of the '66 HCS cars? Was dealer "A" scheduled to get 6 coupes and 1 convertible, and dealer "B" get 15 coupes and a fastback, or ?

I had a guy ask that question and it stumped me.
