1968 A/C vacuum actuators

Thought I'd share this:
The vacuum actuators used in Mustangs (and Cougars) A/C systems are listed on NPD and other Mustang suppliers for $100 each.
I found that ACP sells the same part thru dealers for $44 each.
ACP P/N ACP-FM-EH032
I just bought a couple from RPS (Restoration Parts Source) in CA.

I bought my Motorcraft ones from Rock Auto for just about the same price a couple of years ago. They are cadmium (yellow) plated. Not sure if the originals were like this or if they were plain like the ACP ones Neil found. The only one that shows at all is the one on the heater box.
