ADMIN - Changed the user titles to graphics

I decided to change the user titles under peoples names to graphics instead. I think the previous titles (newbie, jr member, guru, etc.) conveyed too much of a sense of experience and knowledge. They're strictly based on number of posts you've made and shouldn't be taken too seriously. They certainly are no reflection on mechanical ability, experience, quality of posts or even how long you've been a member of this site.

So they're now graphics. The more you post the more little red squares show up.

Hopefully the "gurus" won't be too upset at losing their titles.:smile:
