Great....today we were the second coldest place on the planet, yes the planet! -32C. Metric conversion is easy at this temperature (-32C =-32F) so much for the driving season.
Wow......a bit chilly...........keep it up there please. Looks to be sunny/windy and in the 40's in New Hampshire. I'll have the Mustang out for another day or two for sure. But Thanksgiving week is usually the time I put her in the garage for winter.
Have a great Thanksgiving everyone.
After hearing that weather report I certanly have better weather to be thankfull for this Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I bet you guys are going to have cold turkey? Marty
Here in Victoria we were at -5 yesterday and had a snow flurry, which is nowhere near normal since we're usually still doing flower counts out here this time of year!

I had thought of posting this record of great distinction, but Gary beat me to it. Who beat us for being colder, only the South Pole of course.
I noticed some parts of the US are having their own weather problems and on your biggest travel week end. Happy Thanksgiving to all, and travel safe.
Oh excuse me. It will be 7F tonight.
Dumb award #1- pt came in with dislocated shoulder last night because he was skateboarding on the ice. Yes, skateboarding. It's SO interesting what these kids think of to do in the snow and ice with school cancelled.
It was even cold here in "sunny" California! Woke up to LOTS of frost and an unsusually cold morning for this early in the season. The frost on the lawns looked a lot like the bit of snow we had last December! The sun did warm things up a bit for our local "Day Before Thanksgiving" parade here in Loomis. I drove my '68 Coupe all decorated up for Thanksgiving. One of our local TV personalities was the "Grand Marshal" and the parade ended up on the evening news, but my car was not in the taped story shown on TV :-(
Oh well, here are a couple of pictures that I took after the parade since I could not take any of myself in the parade. I also took a few of the Special since the trees where in such beautiful color!
P.S. Thank you soooooooo much Tim (MIdnight Special) for coming down to my place on Monday and adjusting my carb and fixing the exhaust leak in my coupe so that I could have it in the parade today. You are the BEST!!!
We were supposed to hit -11 deg yesterday, but it only got down to -10, with the wind blowing creating blizzard conditions. We've got 13" of snow with another 9" on the way before this weekend and the weather warming up into the 20's. Ski resorts open tomorrow!

Always my pleasure Renee! No exhaust leak, rather the short vacuum hose which connects at the bottom of the transmission was off causing the rough idle... 'Replaced it & she purred like a kitten
Those are beautiful pictures! 'Wish we could be there to photograph you in the parade! HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Stay warm!!
Well, last night we hit a record low for Victoria in November at - 10.5 degrees (before wind chill) and got another dump of snow! Supposed to warm up and rain this weekend, but I'll believe it when I see it ...
It's a good thing that I backed our C/S out of the garage LAST Sunday before we got the snow flurries, and ran it for a while to keep the battery up! Now that we've installed the optional factory clock it just keeps ticking away ... and slowly draining the battery ...
