On the factory AM radio, do the nuts on the threaded knobs go on first and then the bezel?
Or does it go on after the bezel is on?

I think it goes nuts, bezel, nuts. The first set of nuts adjust the position of the bezel.

Radio is in place and sounds great. The factory AM radio guts are all modern with Aux, Blue Tooth etc.

Did you have your original radio converted or did you buy an aftermarket replica?

I had accumulated several radios over the years and I took the best one and had it converted. It was converted in Poland from someone I met on Facebook. My car only came with a 67 AM radio.
