Your best beat, besides watching ebay for one, is writing Paul Newitt, his address is in the resoureces area. The last time he wrote he had only a few 1996 registries left. Good luck

I believe that Tony Branda (www.cobranda.com) has some 1996 Registry books in stock. You have to call them on the phone though.
