1968 Clearcoats-Recommendations

Getting ready to paint and clearcoat the car. I had heard horror stories in the past about clearcoats going/looking yellow after a while. Don't know if that's the case with what is currently on the market. Any that I should stay away from? Any to recommend? Or are all of them about the same? Robb

I'm partial to Dupont products and have had wonderful results with Dupont ChromaBase. Whatever product you select, don't purchase an "economy" base/clear product. With the top of the line product from any brand of paint you can expect good results. Hope this helps, Russ
