1968 Driving/Fog Lamps

Did any of the Marchal or Lucas driving lamps originally come with the plastic covers?

Not to my knowledge. This was available recently for new Lucas lights I think.

I think they may have come with soft white covers.

You mean like the fabric or vinyl covers that have an elastic around the outer edge?

Got it. So those covers would have been original equipment on all GT/CS and HCS cars with Marchal lights?

Not original equipment, neither light came with a cover. They were a over the counter accessory.
