Has anyone replaced the inner workings of their flip down Gas cap. I ordered a kit Ford part number F3ZJ-9030-HA. When I went to install the cap on the filler neck the lugs on the cap did not aline with the filler neck. And fits loosely. I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue. Also has anyone found a vented cap that will fit on a standard 68 fuel neck ?
