Gallery Error message

When i try to click on the pictures in the gallery page this error comes on screen:

Not Found
The requested URL /photogallery/album09 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.31 Server at www.californiaspecial.com Port 80

Whats going on?

I'm working on it. I haven't been able to track down the error yet.
