Have you seen one? Would be nice.
The problem I'm having with the cupholders is that if you have anything bigger than a tall size espresso then the cup gets in the way of shifting the 5 speed. Forget the straws- get in the way.

You can always buy a plain one and take it to an embroidery shop and have them embroider it for you. That's what I did with my headrest wraps.
