Steve,
Are you going to be able to force yourself to install the correct interior in your big Mustang?

Which one? Actually I've already put the baby shit brown (Med. Ginger) interior back in the '73 Mach 1, because I was going to get rid of the car anyway and it was easier than a color change, and I have to put the red plaid (Vermilion Random Stripe and Corinithian Vinyl) back in the '71 Boss because it's a one of one combo. What I am thinking is a spare set of seats done up in black with the silver stripes so I can keep my lunch down, and then put the "correct" seats in when I go to a show or whatever. 4 bolts each side and I'm in business!

Hate to admit it but one of the cars I had in college was a Maverick Grabber with an orange interior. I bought it to "save gas" and not put miles on my Mach 1. I ended up selling it because I just couldn't stand sitting in it every day. Arlie, you just resurrected an old nightmare.

...'Neighbor behind me had the Mercury counterpart, Vomit GT! No matter what he tried to do with it (stripes, wheels, lift kit, etc...), it just screamed ""this is my Grandmaaaa's caarrr!!!!""

It's the red interior I was thinking of. Is that the one that looks like a bad pair of slacks from the '70s?
